Manx Telecom says work is continuing to try and resolve a service blackout which happened earlier this week.
At around 5pm on Monday the company suffered a service outage which has affected around 4,000 businesses and consumer customers.
In an update this morning, the organisation says a hardware upgrade to the network was unsuccessful and it will continue to work with Nokia to restore availability.
MT is again apologising to affected customers for the ongoing disruption.
