The House of Commons has heard a call for the Isle of Man to show "common sense and flexibility" over visa rules.
Strangford MP Jim Shannon made the call on Wednesday, June 3 during a Westminster debate about improving the UK's visa system.
He said a recent rule change made by the Manx government had affected trawlers in his constituency because foreign crews could no longer work freely in Manx waters.
And he added one idea was to introduce a dedicated, bespoke visa for fishing crews.
