More than 2,000 vaccine appointments will be moved from the airport to the Chester Street hub in Douglas.
Government has confirmed the move - with Ronaldsway slowly returning to normal and border restrictions set to be lifted later this month.
As a result, appointments booked in for Saturday 10, Sunday 11 July and Saturday 17, Sunday 18 July will now be held at the Chester Street hub in Douglas.
This also includes the last two weekends in July.
Plans are being prepared regarding stage two of the vaccination programme - intended to run from September to December.
Further details will be revealed in the coming months.
