The Mountain road will be fully open today from 4.30pm.
That's according to the Department of Infrastructure, which confirmed works on the Mountain road have been completed way ahead of schedule.
The route was originally estimated not to open until 10pm, but there's good news for motorists as the route is now fully accessible.
