The Mountain Road will close this lunchtime after high winds damaged signs there yesterday.
The Department of Infrastructure says gales damaged signs for the Manx Electric Railway.
As a result, workers will have to remove the notices and the road will be closed while they’re carrying out the work.
The road will shut from midday to 1pm.
