The Mountain Road will be shut until at least 6.30pm following a 'serious injury crash'.
Police have confirmed it's closed from the junction with the Creg Ny Baa Back Road to the bungalow.
In a further update, officers have confirmed a male motorcyclist is being treated for serious injuries.
An update will be issued when the road re-opens.
