The Island is to host a prestigious cycling event for a second time next year.
The British Cycling National Mountain Bike Marathon Championships was held for the first time on the Island in July.
It's estimated around 250 people came over for the race which saw competitors race over a 100-kilometre route.
Event organiser Nigel Morris says the event's success is due to the efforts of all the people involved and everyone is looking forward to 2018.
