Motorists are being urged to drive with caution this morning due to the poor weather currently being experienced.
Snow, wind and rain is affecting many of the roads around the Island.A number of roads have been closed due to poor conditions or fallen trees.
The Department of Infrastructure says all major routes are being gritted.
Drivers have been asked to drive to the road conditions and police are also advising only travelling if necessary and taking extra warm clothes, a drink and supplies just in case.
