The public has been warned to expect disruption in Douglas today due to a serious fire on an industrial estate.
The area around Pulrose Road has been closed until further notice after a fire in the early hours of this morning.
A police cordon is in place to protect public safety and emergency services are on scene.
The road closure could be in place for 24 hours.
