A motorist had to be cut out of a car following a crash yesterday evening.
The Island's Fire and Rescue Service attended the incident in St Marks, after a single vehicle ended up on its roof.
Castletown crews stabilised the car and worked to get the person out using cutting equipment.
The casualty was then handed over to the Ambulance Service, with injuries not believed to be life threatening.
