Türkiye says the Isle of Man is a key hub for illegal betting operators who target players in the country.
In a new report, the nation's General Directorate of the National Lottery Administration said illegal gambling operations are controlled entirely by organised crime groups.
And it added so far the country had blocked 5,745 gambling websites linked to the Isle of Man.
Türkiye banned non-state online gambling in 2006.
