An Island-based think tank is calling for the private sector to set up a base on the moon.
The International Institute of Space Commerce, based at the nunnery in Douglas, has launched a new initiative to get companies thinking about space.
Its Lunar Economic Action Plan will see articles and papers published in the run-up to a conference in America in October.
