Molyneux has no plans to retire

TT legend Dave Molyneux has no plans to retire any time soon with this year’s event now just eight weeks away.

Last week the 16-times winner won the special achievement category at the Isle of Man Sports Awards for his record-breaking career in motorsport.

Now 49 the Douglas man admits he can’t go on forever but, alongside 28-year-old Patrick Farrance, Molyneux is eyeing a few more laps around the Mountain Course yet.

The all-time sidecar record holder said competing in the TT remains a unique honour:
