A member of Legislative Council has appeared in court charged with data protection offences.
Juan Turner of Park Close in Glen Vine appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes to deny two counts of failing to register companies which process personal data.
The charges relate to Island FM, where he’s secretary, and Carrick Creative, where he’s a manager.
Mr Turner was bailed in the sum of £500 to appear again on February 6.
