Mixed opinions on changing the way Chief is elected

Voters should elect their own leader if they want a "president without accountability".

That's the warning from the Chief Minister who says he has limited powers because he's answerable to Tynwald's backbenchers. 
 
Last week over 80 people attended a debate on whether or not the public should vote in the Chief in place of the current system.
