Manx Care says Ramsey Cottage Hospital's Minor Injuries Unit will reopen next week.
The unit had been restricted to running on weekdays towards the end of last year, and closed in December because of pest control work.
Manx Care says the unit will reopen on Monday, May 18 and stay open from 8am to 8pm daily - with last admissions at 7.30pm.
The organisation described the move as "an important step in restoring services to the north of the Island".
