Government has accepted a deal for the sale of Ramsey Courthouse.
A revised offer - from Ramsey Town Commissioners - was agreed at a meeting with the Department of Home Affairs yesterday.
That offer will now be put forward for consideration and will be subject to due process by Treasury - a further announcement will be made in due course.
Minister Bill Malarkey declined to be interviewed on the subject when approached by 3FM.
