Minister says emergency services needs cash injection

More money must be invested into the emergency services.

That's the message from the Home Affairs Minister as the impact of a 2016/17 Budget looms over his department following last year's cuts.

Axing staff in the Isle of Man Constabulary stretched officers to the limit.
