Flybe passengers using the ticket app service will only be able to use it at Isle of Man Airport once the airline's technology is ready.
Infrastructure Minister, Ray Hamer MHK, says the airline is in the process of changing its ticketing system which has caused issues for those using the application.
He insists this is not the fault of the airport itself, and understands the frustration of people looking to utilise the system.
His comments were in written response to a question from Onchan MHK Rob Callister in the House of Keys this week, who asked when passengers will be able to use the app at Ronaldsway.
