TT organisers have released an online video reminding spectators to stay safe during this year's race festival.
The video was uploaded to YouTube and stars former rider Milky Quayle giving tips on how to watch the action safely.
They include staying off the track until the roads open car has passed, keeping out of restricted areas and obeying marshals - who have legal powers during the fortnight.
