The Island's Treasury Minister says a decision will be made next year about plans to charge migrants for healthcare.
Dr Alex Allinson was facing questions in the House of Keys this week about immigration from North Douglas MHK David Ashford.
He wanted to know if there were plans to charge a healthcare surcharge, as the UK does.
Dr Allinson says the Council of Ministers is due to report back to parliament next May about immigration:
Mountain Road to close because of gales
