Steve Christian has provided untold benefit to the Manx economy.
That's the message from the Chief Minister following critisism in Tynwald concerning what South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft calls a 'conflict of interest' in the Pinewood deal.
Mrs Beecroft says the Pinewood Studios and Gasworks Media board member should never have been an adviser to government when the deal was first initiated.
Allan Bell firmly disagrees, and says Mr Christian joins a number of upstanding private-sector business figures who have been let down by some MHKs:
