Onchan MHK Zac Hall will use next weeks House of Keys to find out about the future of the Professional Development Centre in Santon.
The former Liberal Vannin member will be asking the Education and Children Minister how frequently the centre is currently being used by the department and external groups.
Tim Crookall will also be asked to give the estimated market value of the property, and what the freehold costs have been for the last five years.
The crux of the question will be to find out if department's rebalancing strategy includes non-core asset disposals.
