Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood has tabled questions for written reply to ministers over dangerous "forever chemicals" that can take up to 1,000 years to break down.
She's asked about the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's plans to ban the use of PFAs in pesticides and food packaging.
And she also wants to know about how much firefighting equipment contains them and how it'll be disposed of.
The series of four questions are due to be answered by Tuesday, June 9.
