That question will be put forward by Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper at the upcoming sitting of the House of Keys tomorrow.
He will ask for a written response to his query from Infrastructure Minister, Ray Harmer.
The session will take place in Douglas on Tuesday - starting at 10am.
