The leader of the Liberal Vannin Party says the Chief Minister's response to her queries about the Policy and Reform Minister is unjust.
Last month Kate Beecroft questioned Allan Bell about legislation in place to afford legal powers to the new Cabinet Office.
Now she says information sent to politicians shows that the Council of Ministers doesn't have the authority to give any mandate to Chris Robertshaw.
She says the disparity between what Mr Bell told Tynwald and what was in the follow up information gives real cause for concern:
