That's what Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants to know from Health Minister Claire Christian.
Mr Moorhouse has asked a question for written reply about how many tried to take holidays of 28 days or more in the past three years.
He also wants to find out how many of those were granted or rejected, and why.
