The House of Keys will be asked to look into the Tradesman's Access tomorrow.
When members sit from 10am, Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will quiz Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall about the special parking passes.
They allow commercial vehicles to park in disc zones, and rose from £10 to £60 at the start of January.
Mr Moorhouse wants to know what consultation and impact assessment was done before the price rose.
