A local MHK has hit out at the Department of Infrastructure amid uncertainty surrounding the horse trams.
Garff MHK Daphne Caine is set to question the DOI Minister during today's Tynwald sitting.
She'll ask Mr Crookall for a statement on when and if the tramway will be up and running.
She's described the current state of the promenade as 'unacceptable', and claims the DOI has failed to deliver the scheme:
