Teachers are being seriously challenged trying to sort out disruptive pupils.
That’s the view of Rushen MHK Laurence Skelly who says he wants to see more of a focus on respect.
He’s challenged the Education Minister to change the current Essentials for Learning approach, which centres on the 6Rs.
Tim Crookall says there will never be a perfect system but has agreed to look at it further.
