Has the whole staff of a department of government been overpaid for seven years?
That's the allegation made by North Douglas MHK John Wannanbergh in the House of Keys this morning.
He quizzed Cabinet Minister Kate Lord-Brennan about overpayments to public sector workers and said he'd heard the claim from a government worker.
