MHK challenges 'fitness to work' judgement on mental health

Mental health should be prioritised by 'fitness to work' assessors:

That's Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft - she's questioning the capability of government's appointed external reviewers Dependability Limited.

30 Personal Capacity Assessments are judged by the organisation every week however it's been suggested that mental health nurses may not be "adequately trained" to pass judgement on more complex issues.
