 
                            An MHK is calling for more clarification on government’s decision to purchase a car park in Douglas as part of the Sefton Group rescue package.
The £3.2 million Middlemarch site has been acquired through the Treasury’s land acquisition reserve fund and will be leased back to the group over the next five years.
Onchan MHK David Quirk will ask the Economic Development Minister about the terms of the five year lease in the House of Keys tomorrow.
It’s an arrangement that Treasury Minister Eddie Teare says will provide a return:
