A court’s heard a Manx Grand Prix visitor from Merseyside was caught with more than £250 worth of cannabis and cocaine.
Aaron Daniel McKinney of Palatine Road in Birkenhead appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22 year old admitted possessing class A and B drugs on Lower Dukes Road in Douglas on August 23.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon told the hearing police stopped McKinney when they spotted him with two other men - one of whom was banned from the Isle of Man.
A search discovered almost a gramme of cannabis and nearly two and a half grammes of cocaine, which he said was for his own personal use.
Magistrates fined him a total of £1,200 and ordered him to pay £125 in costs.
