The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning about gale force winds and snow later this evening.
Heavy rain's due to move across the Island tonight, possibly causing localised flooding - and Ronaldsway weathermen say that'll fall as snow over higher ground.
In particular, the Mountain road is said to be at risk.
Also expected tonight are high winds, gusting at up to 55mph.
The Department of Infrastructure says its gritters will be out treating road surfaces on at-risk routes later.
