Mental health Isle of Man: How many people are getting help?

It's an area of huge concern on the island right now and it's set for discussion in Tynwald this week.

How many people are accessing mental health services on the Isle of Man?

That's the question from MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew Tim Glover in Tynwald today (Tuesday).

He'll be asking the health minister to publish statistics on each of the last three years.

There have been a number of calls for the Manx government to step-up its mental heath provision.

Joney Faragher from the Manx Labour party said the situation is getting worse while the chief minister believes more investment is needed.
