It's important to acknowledge that there are people out there who struggle at Christmas.

He adds that it's okay to not be okay at Christmas, and we shouldn't put pressure on ourselves to have an enjoyable day.
Anyone who thinks a friend or family member might be struggling, is urged to reach out and check if they're really okay.
