Health Minister Claire Christian says the Isle of Man Memory Service was independently reviewed last June.
She'd faced a question for written response from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about the service.
In her response, she said a review had been carried out by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, looking into clinical care, service delivery, and patient experience.
And she added the service had been awarded full accreditation, showing it met established standards of quality and effectiveness.
