A memorial service to mark the Summerland tragedy will be held this evening.
The Summerland fire claimed 50 lives and injured another 80 people on August 2, 1973.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the service in the Kaye Memorial Garden on Queen's Promenade at 7pm.
This year marks 49 years since the tragedy.
