16 year old Jack Morrisson passed away after a short battle with illness.
His passing led to an outpouring of grief on social networking site facebook from his many friends.
In one of the many tributes paid to him he was described as a phenomenal person.
The Memorial Day will begin at the Trinity Methodist Church at 3.30pm.
The service will consist of anecdotes and musical items, it will then continue at the Masonic Hall where there will be a programme of live music.
The family have invited anyone along who wishes to celebrate Jack’s life.
