Anyone planning an event on the Island is being urged to attend an educational meeting next month.
The Event Safety Advisory Group will be meeting on Monday, March 4th at 6pm at St Ninian’s High School in Douglas.
The cross government body supports the planning and running of public events and issues guidelines for event organisers.
Paul Whitaker is the chairman of the group, he says it’s all about keeping things in proportion:
