The Manx Emergency Doctors Service will close between midnight and 8am on two days next week.
Manx Care says the closures, on Tuesday and Wednesday, are necessary due to staff undertaking training.
Throughout these times, urgent and emergency care can be delivered through the Emergency Department at Noble's and the Ambulance Service where needed.
During the closure, an answerphone message will be in place to inform callers of other options available.
