Manx Care is reminding everyone to 'mask up'.
The board is reminding members of the public that masks need to be worn in all health and social care settings.
It comes as the Manx government introduces a raft of measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 following the emergence of the Omicron variant in the UK.
Tighter border restrictions and mandatory face coverings on public transport and in health care settings were announced on Sunday.
Manx Care said those settings include Noble’s Hospital, Ramsey District Cottage Hospital, GP surgeries, and all Care Homes and Day Services.
Masks will be provided free at every entrance.
