 
                            A warehouse in Peel could become a new martial arts school, if a planning application is approved.
Catherine Moor of T45 Jiu Jitsu has applied for permission to convert the building behind Michael Street.
As well as matted areas for its users, the facility would also have changing rooms and toilets.
In her application, she says around a dozen people would attend each class, and the school would open from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on weekdays and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
