Manx singer Robin Gibb has been rushed to hospital with stomach pains.
It means the Bee Gees star has had to cancel a series of shows in Brazil.
The 61 year-old, who was born on the Isle of Man and regularly comes back to visit, underwent surgery for a blocked intestine last year.
His twin brother Maurice died in 2003 from a similar illness.
A statement on his website says 'Robin was taken ill suddenly in the early hours of Sunday April 3rd, on the morning of his planned departure from the UK. An ambulance was called, and, on medical advice, he has been advised not to risk travelling.'
Robin is taking time out to rest.
