The Manx Labour party has topped the poll in Douglas East and Douglas South.
Joney Faragher came in first for the constituency of Douglas East with 741 votes while Clare Barber was the runner up with 692.
Mrs Faragher said she was "shocked" by the results but looking forward to represent everyone in the area.
A total of 1,172 people voted in the Douglas East constituency which includes Douglas Promenade.
In addition, Labour Party member Sarah Maltby won her contest in Douglas South.
She won 1,244 votes while Clare Christian, who was defending her seat, received 1,242.
A total of 2,295 votes were cast in Douglas South while four ballots were spoilt.
