Manx Gas is promising to help end fuel poverty as part of a new customer charter.
The pledge is one of a number of promises made by the company as it says it's trying to improve customer service.
Manx Gas says the charter will also mean accurate meter readings and billing, quality products and services and reliability of supply.
And it says it's committed to working with a review committee set up by Chief minister Howard Quayle to look into gas regulation - the committee's expected to start work early next year.
