Manx Care says audiology drop-in clinics will be suspended indefinitely from Monday due to rising demand.
The service says clinics have been filling quickly, with some patients being turned away.
Patients will need to arrange an appointment by phone or email, as anyone attending without one after June 29 will not be seen.
Manx Care says it's also reviewing how audiology services are delivered to improve patient experience and ensure services are used appropriately.
