Manx Care has been told to answer a Freedom of Information request again - after refusing to say how much it has spent on leaflets, copying and pasting refusal reasons from another response and taking more than seven months to review its decision.
The request asked how much it had cost to print and distribute leaflets, but Manx Care said it was commercially sensitive before revealing they'd cost 19p each to produce.
The Information Commissioner said the organisation took 230 days to review that decision after the person who asked it wasn't satisfied.
And the ICO told Manx Care to re-process the request after it emerged it had sent a template refusal which had been used for another request.
