It’s been confirmed that the Manx arm of 2E2 has been sold after the company went into liquidation.
The IT business, which is based in Tromode, has been in liquidation provisionally but is expected to be released from this at court today.
A local buyer has been found for the company which says it is "business as normal”.
2E2 in the UK went into administration at the end of last month.
A spokesperson for the company said further updates are expected later this week.
